A Memorial Service was held,
Sunday March 24, 2002 at the
I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norman Oklahoma
for Nora Belle Guthrie.

A headstone has been placed at
her recently discovered gravesite.
Nora Guthrie was the mother of
Woodrow Wilson (Woody) Guthrie.

Nora died June 13, 1930
in Norman Oklahoma of
Huntingtons Chorea,
the same disease that claimed Woody.
